Meet the Organizing Board

Rabail Chandio
Rabail Chandio is an Assistant Professor and Extension Economist in the Department of Economics at Iowa State University. Her research focuses on U.S. farmland markets, agricultural policy, and agricultural finance, with particular emphasis on how economic and policy factors shape farm decision-making and land values. She leads key land valuation programs at Iowa State, including the annual Iowa Land Value Survey and the Soil Management and Land Valuation Conference. She also teaches ECON 3640: Rural Property Appraisal, an undergraduate course that incorporates hands-on learning through collaboration with appraisal professionals across the state. Dr. Chandio is affiliated with the Center for Agricultural and Rural Development (CARD) and is committed to translating research into practical insights for farmers, landowners, and agricultural professionals. She earned her Ph.D. in Agricultural, Environmental, and Development Economics from The Ohio State University.

Richard K. Isaacson
Richard was raised on a central Iowa grain and livestock farm and has BS and MS degrees from ISU in Ag Economics. He is active in rural appraisal, farm management and farm real estate for over 50 years. He has the Accredited Rural Appraiser and Accredited Farm Manager designations from the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers (ASFMRA) and has worked in 75 of the 99 counties in Iowa. He is a member of Growthland with offices in Marion, Ottumwa, Hampton and Humboldt.

Jim Jensen
Jim Jensen is a retired Farm Management Specialist and Agronomist with Iowa State University Extension, where he served Iowa farm owners and operators for many years in farm management, crops, marketing, and land purchase decisions. He holds BS and MS degrees from Southern Illinois University and is a State Certified General Real Property Appraiser in Iowa.
Jim has extensive experience in rural appraisal, farm management, agricultural consulting, and real estate. He is an Accredited Rural Appraiser and Accredited Farm Manager through the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers. He is also a licensed real estate broker in Iowa and Illinois. Jim is the former owner of Jensen & Jennings LLC, an appraisal firm, and past president of Jensen & Associates, a farm management and real estate firm.

Clint Kaller
Clint joined Hertz Farm Management in January 2015 as a farm manager and licensed real estate salesperson. Since being with Hertz, he has obtained his Farm Management Accreditation and his FAA Part 107 Drone License. Clint graduated from Iowa State University with a B.S in Agriculture Business. During his tenure at ISU, he was active in several agriculture organizations. Involvement in these organizations helped him share his deep-rooted excitement for agriculture with a variety of other young professionals.
Raised in Southeast Iowa in a small farming community, Clint quickly developed a great passion and knowledge for agriculture. He brings a great deal of energy and enthusiasm to Hertz and the clients he serves. If there was one word used to describe Clint, this word would be energy. Outside the office, you'll find him doing anything and everything to be outside and moving! He enjoys hunting, sports, and spending time with his friends and family. He now resides in Ankeny, IA where he resides with his wife, Chelsea, son, Reese, and daughter, Phyllie.

Jeannie Fetrow
Jeannie Fetrow is a real estate appraiser with Farm Credit Services of America, based in Sheldon, Iowa. She has been with Farm Credit Services of America for 23 years, with experience in both agricultural lending and real estate appraisal, including nearly 14 years as an appraiser. Jeannie covers portions of northwest Iowa and currently mentors appraisal trainees in north central and southwest Iowa. She is a long‑time member of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers and served as ASFMRA President in 2024. Jeannie is a 2003 Iowa State University graduate with a degree in Agricultural Business and earned her MBA from Bellevue University in 2022.
